Meet the Founder

Melissa Johnson is the Founder and Owner of Coastal Recycling Exchange.

With 9 years in reverse logistics, Melissa has built her career around customer returns, overstock, and excess inventory, developing the relationships and operational expertise that keep product moving cleanly from facilities to secondary markets.

She personally runs the day-to-day operations of Coastal Recycling Exchange sourcing, intake, partner relationships, and everything in between. When you work with Coastal, you work directly with Melissa, a single point of contact, no layers, no handoffs.
